Travel in a comfortable group of no more than 14 participants. This 7-day program takes you through Cape Town and the Cape Winelands. Your tour guide is Thomas Seemann, owner of CapeWineBestWine and an expert on South African wines. We will visit 5 wineries to experience the hospitality of the winemakers firsthand—and, of course, sample a variety of their wines.
You will stay at the Steenberg Hotel & Spa Resort in the quiet Cape Town suburb of Tokai. A private bus (25-seater) will be at your disposal to take you through the stunning landscapes of the Western Cape and show you the beauty of the Cape of Good Hope. A highlight of the trip is a personal meeting with Nelson Mandela's former prison guard, Christo Brand, who will share stories of his encounters with "Madiba."
