This 21-day Sunway camping safari connects the great natural worlds of Namibia and Botswana: Etosha, the Namib Desert, the Kalahari, the Okavango Delta, and Chobe.
The trip begins and ends in Livingstone at Victoria Falls. Accommodation is primarily at campsites, supplemented by a few fixed lodges.

Day by day on your journey
Victoria Falls, Caprivi and Etosha
After starting at Victoria Falls, the camping safari leads through the Caprivi and Rundu to Etosha National Park.
Etosha, Damaraland and the Coast
Game drives in Etosha, the rocky landscapes around Brandberg and Spitzkoppe, and two nights in Swakopmund define this stage.
Namib Desert and Kalahari
From the coast, travel to the dunes of Sossusvlei, then continue via Windhoek into the Kalahari.
Okavango Delta
Travel via Maun by mokoro for two nights in a wild tented camp in the Okavango Delta. Afterwards, continue to the Makgadikgadi salt pans.
Chobe and Return to Victoria Falls
To conclude the journey, Chobe awaits with a boat trip and wildlife viewing before you return to Livingstone.

For the Okavango Delta, main luggage is left in Maun. Please travel with a soft bag weighing up to approx. 12 kg and a small daypack.

Yes. Most overnight stays are at campsites, with two nights spent at a wild camp in the Okavango Delta.
Do I need to help set up camp?
Yes. Setting up tents, packing, and helping with the dishes are all part of the travel experience.
Do I need a sleeping bag?
Yes. You must bring your own sleeping bag and towel, or rent them in advance.
Is malaria prophylaxis important?
The route passes through malaria-prone areas. Medical advice and appropriate preventative measures are recommended.
