FLIGHT EMISSIONS & CLIMATE CONTRIBUTIONS

Long-haul journeys—and flights in particular—generate greenhouse-gas emissions. Travel to many regions of Africa cannot currently avoid them entirely. We therefore believe in transparency and in addressing this impact responsibly.

As a member of forum anders reisen, Ajimba supports certified climate projects through our partner atmosfair for every package holiday we operate. We make a voluntary climate contribution for the flights included in those arrangements.

We are careful not to present this contribution as a substitute for avoiding or reducing emissions. It is an additional step for emissions that cannot currently be prevented.
