Projects that make a difference.

The Labdoo.org aid project is a globally active NGO and private volunteer initiative. The project collects unused, discarded laptops, tablets, and eBook readers for educational projects both at home and abroad, including schools in Africa. Through worldwide IT donations, Labdoo.org aims to bridge the “digital divide” in an ecologically responsible way and provide children with access to IT and education.

In 2013, Nigel Savel and his wife Sher'Neil founded the non-profit organization 9Miles Project in Cape Town. Since then, they and their team have been helping to bring children from impoverished backgrounds, to show them new perspectives in order to keep them away from drugs and crime and to give them the opportunity for a better life.

BIKISA e.V. supports children in South Africa with educational and care services. Frank (Chairman) and Holger (Treasurer) from Ajimba volunteer for the organization, working to improve educational and development opportunities for the children.

Sun glasses from Johannesburg shed light on the darkness and help many families in the Johannesburg area to receive a fair income.

African Vocals is an outstanding a cappella ensemble from the Mondesa township in Swakopmund. Ajimba supports the group through guest services, organizing individual performances, and promoting education in Mondesa – including providing Labdoo laptops for schools. A project for culture, opportunity, and genuine connection.
