Optionally, you can take the cable car up Table Mountain — a panorama that is unparalleled in the world. A full-day trip takes you to the tip of the Cape Peninsula to the legendary Cape of Good Hope. Along the way, visit the penguin colony at Boulders Beach and drive along the famous Chapman's Peak Drive.

Wine region, Oudtshoorn and the Garden Route

From Cape Town, the journey takes you to the heart of the South African wine region to Stellenbosch and Franschhoek. After your flight from Port Elizabeth to Durban, the second part of your round trip begins. On the coast of KwaZulu-Natal, experience charming Umdloti Beach and lively St Lucia, which is right by iSimangaliso Wetland Park. On a boat trip, you'll encounter hippos, crocodiles and numerous bird species.
