All entrance fees are included in the price, as is a wide range of activities and most meals. • Age limit - On all scheduled tours, we accept children aged 12-17 accompanied by an adult. We don't have an upper age limit. Guests who are over 65 years of age at the time of travel need a medical certificate confirming that they are fit and healthy in order to participate in a group trip. Shopping

The best place to buy souvenirs such as carvings, tie-dye paintings and clothing is at its best at Victoria Falls, where you'll find a wide selection. There are beautiful weaves to buy in Botswana, but markets are rare and therefore usually only available in shops.

Meal

• The majority of meals on this safari are provided by lodges.
• Please note that due to the different tastes of our guests, we are unable to accommodate individual meal requests on our group trips. The communal meals we offer depend on the products available, and in remote destinations, the range of ingredients is sometimes limited. However, we take allergies, vegetarian and vegan requirements into account to ensure that everyone gets a suitable meal.
• All drinks are at your own expense. We won't be offering bottled drinking water, but these are available at many stores on the tour.

Difficulty level

• Anyone who is active and in good health should be able to enjoy this trip.
• This tour includes a few long days of driving. Road conditions in protected areas and parks are often relatively poor and progress is slow and dusty. Remember to always hold on tight and enjoy the ride!

What you should know

• National Park Fees, Game Drives, and a Trip to the Okavango Delta are included.
• Since there is a lot of time spent in game areas on this tour, it is imperative that guests follow the tour guide (and local guides) instructions on how to handle wildlife, camp safety, and game drive and hike rules.
• To enter Zimbabwe and Botswana, you need a valid passport and visa (issued upon arrival)
• Luggage, please pack up to a limit of 12 kg in a soft sports bag. So bring a daypack for hiking and vehicle storage. With Safari Level Accommodation & Classic Tours, all bedding is provided and you don't need to bring a sleeping bag or pillow. Towels are provided in most accommodations, but it's always a good idea to bring a small travel towel for the beach or pool.
• We recommend that you bring a small amount in euros or US$ for personal expenses on this trip, but please note that foreign currency must be converted in Botswana Pula as shops, restaurants and market sellers only accept BWP in Botswana. Expenses in Victoria Falls can be paid in US $. Mastercard and Visa credit cards can also be used for restaurants, shops, and optional activities throughout the tour. Frequently asked questions about this tour

1. Safety? South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, Zambia and Zimbabwe are relatively safe and your tour guide will make every effort to show you the best sides of the country and, incidentally, to ensure their safety. In The Wild, Your Tour Guide will explain the rules of conduct — please stick to them, take care of your personal belongings and then nothing stands in the way of a great and memorable safari.

2. Do I need malaria prophylaxis? Yes, the tour goes through malaria areas. Prophylaxis is highly recommended. Please contact your doctor about this.

3. What should I bring with me? All details are listed in our general tour information (available at www.sunway-safaris.com). But the basic things are: comfortable clothing for warm days and cold nights, hiking boots, rain jacket, hat and sunglasses, swimming clothes, small binoculars are also very handy and essential — a sense of adventure.
