Here, you will receive a detailed briefing on your vehicle, the equipment, and the route you will be driving over the coming days. Afterward, you will have the opportunity to stock up on provisions for your upcoming off-road safari at a local supermarket. You will spend your first night at a campsite in Maun, where you can settle in for the adventure ahead.

The next morning, you will set off for the Moremi Game Reserve, located east of the Okavango Delta and one of the most beautiful reserves in Africa. The drive from Maun takes about 4-6 hours, depending on wildlife sightings along the way. In the Moremi Game Reserve, you will spend two days in the heart of an untouched wilderness spanning more than 4,871 square kilometers. The varied terrain includes savannah, winding waterways, and dense forest. This diverse ecosystem supports a wide range of wildlife, including large herds of buffalo, wildebeest, and zebra, as well as rare sitatunga and lechwe antelope, lions, cheetahs, and packs of wild dogs. The journey continues to the Ihaha region of Chobe National Park. The Chobe River forms the northern border of the park and is known for its dense concentration of elephants and hippos. The water also attracts many other animals, including large herds of buffalo. A visit to this area guarantees close encounters with a variety of African wildlife and offers great opportunities for game viewing.

After a morning game drive, you will continue to the town of Kasane. This is where your off-road safari in Botswana ends. In Kasane, you will have the opportunity to restock your supplies, grab food and drinks, and prepare your vehicle for return. Afterward, you will return your rental vehicle. Depending on your booked program, you will either head back to Europe from here or continue with an extension program.
