Even the panoramic flight in small propeller aircraft, at low altitude over the delta with views of large herds of animals and endless expanses, is a highlight. At sunrise, glide silently through swamps and canals in a mokoro, the dugout of the local population, get close to herds of antelopes on a guided hike, watch hippos and crocodiles up close from a safe boat, and watch lions and leopards eat.
