First ajimba tree planted in the 'Future Tree Project'

Pflanzurkunde

For us at Ajimba, environmental protection is also paramount. We refrain from using paper catalogs, use green electricity in our business operations and, of course, fully offset CO2 emissions for our own flights.

Managing Director Frank Wardenberg was in South Africa in September and was the first to plant an Ajimba tree.

In the “Future Trees Project” by our partner “Grootbos Foundation”, the Milkwood Forest, partly destroyed by fire, is rebuilt from photographs from 1937. Endemic tree species are used. Our ajimba tree is a Common Pock Ironwood (Chionanthus foveolatus).
