Ajimba African Tours GmbH can announce the first handover of laptop donations for the non-profit organization Labdoo.org. A group of language travelers was able to hand over the first laptops to Greenheights Primary School near Durban, South Africa.
It is an essential part of the Ajimba philosophy: Travel and commitment to the concerns of people in southern Africa go together. Promoting this and thus giving guests a new, different perspective on the living conditions of people at the holiday destination is the core of Ajimba's trips. For the first group of participants on a language trip for adults, this point has now come true in Durban. They met with Headmaster Mr. Sonny Deva and were able to hand over the first 4 of a total of 10 laptops made available to this institution through the Labdoo.org network. This is how school and students came together usefully on vacation.
Labdoo.org is a non-profit organization that has set itself the task of overcoming the digital divide. To this end, donated laptops are provided with license-free software and learning content before they are brought to schools all over the world in a climate-neutral way by flight sponsors.
