It will be on this trip Hatha and Iyengar yoga practices. Teacher Marianne has been practicing yoga for 20 years and has been qualified for about 7 years Iyengar-Teacher who also studied at the Institute in Pune. Charmaine is a qualified Hatha-Yoga teacher and also teaches Yoga Nidra.

In the morning
We'll start each morning with a yoga session in a unique location, challenging ourselves to leave our comfort zones behind and live a life of adventure and relaxation. After a joint breakfast, we will be on the road in search of adventure!

In the afternoon
Exploring new places and new opportunities within ourselves can be exhausting. In the afternoon, we will finish with a relaxing yoga session combined with pranayama and meditation. Your teacher will guide you to find peace even in the manic moments of your life.

Before dinner, set aside some time to explore your surroundings, find a quiet corner, and reflect on your day. After a leisurely meal, we have enough time for a deep break and for further adventures for tomorrow.
