Day by day on your journey
Arrival in Maun – Gateway to the Okavango Delta
After landing in Maun, an English-speaking driver welcomes you and transfers you to your hotel. The rest of the day is free to arrive and settle in.
Maun is the main gateway for safaris into the Okavango Delta and sets the scene for the wilderness experiences ahead.
First Safari in the Okavango Delta
At 9 am, your German-speaking guide welcomes you. Together, you travel to your lodge on the edge of the Okavango Delta.
In the afternoon, set out on your first game drive in an open safari vehicle. Back at the lodge, the day ends over dinner with the sounds of the African night.
By Water and Land in the Okavango Delta
Today you glide through the reed-lined channels of the delta in a traditional mokoro. Along the way, your experienced poler points out the local flora and fauna.
In the afternoon, depending on the programme, enjoy either a game drive in an open 4x4 or a boat safari. A sundowner in the wilderness rounds off the day.
Towards Moremi – Front-Row Wildlife Viewing
The journey continues to a camp near Moremi Game Reserve. Even along the way, excellent views of the African wilderness unfold.
In the afternoon, enjoy a game drive in an open 4x4 and venture deeper into the wildlife area.
Full-Day Safari in Moremi Game Reserve
Today you explore Moremi Game Reserve on a full-day game drive. The reserve is one of the most renowned and wildlife-rich areas of the Okavango Delta.
Elephants, hippos, buffalo and lions are among the many species you may encounter here.
Mobile Tented Camp in Savuti
After Moremi, travel north into the legendary Savuti section of Chobe National Park. Game drives follow the Savuti Channel, well known for lions, leopards and hyenas.
In the evening, arrive at your mobile tented camp in the heart of the wilderness and enjoy dinner beneath the African stars.
Safari in Savuti
The whole day is available for intensive game drives in the wildlife-rich Savuti area. Especially during the dry season, many animals gather around the remaining waterholes.
Alongside predators, you can observe numerous plains animals and experience the distinctive landscape in the changing light of the day.
Safari Transfer to Kasane
The drive from Savuti to Kasane is also part of the safari experience. Travel through wildlife-rich areas and stop repeatedly along the way for sightings.
In the afternoon, arrive at your lodge in Kasane and enjoy a relaxed end to the day.
Safari and Sundowner on the Chobe River
In the morning, take a 4x4 game drive through Chobe National Park, which is particularly renowned for its large elephant herds.
In the afternoon, enjoy a sundowner boat cruise on the Chobe River. From the water, watch elephants, buffalo and other wildlife along the riverbanks.
Visit to Victoria Falls
Today you cross the border into Zimbabwe and visit Victoria Falls. This UNESCO World Heritage Site is one of southern Africa's most impressive natural wonders.
In the lush rainforest, experience the thundering water and immense spray at close range.
Free Day in Victoria Falls
The day is free for optional activities. Possibilities include a helicopter flight over the falls, rafting on the Zambezi, a village visit or a boat cruise.
Your German-speaking guide says goodbye to you today.

Depending on your flight time, transfer to Victoria Falls Airport with an English-speaking driver. Alternatively, begin your individually booked extension.
